When you purchase carbon fiber rims or wheel sets from China, you may wonder about our shipping methods and how we deliver the goods.

1. For small-batch orders or sample orders, we usually ship via express couriers such as EMS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

2. For large-quantity orders, we can also arrange sea freight or air freight.

3. If you have your own freight forwarder, you can ask them to pick up the goods from our factory.

*For small-batch orders or sample orders, most customers prefer express shipping, which is fast and convenient. Our  company will provide you with suitable and preferential express freight rates.

We have a unified and standard shipping process.

Before shipment, we conduct quality inspection to check whether the appearance and weight of the products (wheelset, rims, ect.) meet the standards and whether the accessories are complete, then put them into cartons for packing.

Shipping method introduction for small orders or sample orders

1) For couriers including EMS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, the delivery time is usually within 15 working days.

2) Buyers are required to pay customs duties in your own country, and the duty notice will be collected by the courier company on behalf.

What is "Free Duties Shipping"? 

Due to relatively high customs duties in EU countries, we recommend choosing "Free Duties Shipping". (EU countries: Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta).

2. The package will be arranged for air shipment to its agent in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium, where customs clearance will be completed locally and a customs broker will be entrusted to pay the duties.

3. After customs clearance, the package will be handed over to DHL or DPD courier.

4. DHL/DPD will deliver the goods to EU countries with door-to-door service.

Generally speaking, the way you receive the package is the same as regular courier delivery, also door-to-door. Except for the fee paid to the seller when placing the order, you don’t need to pay any additional fees.

However, it should be noted that you must confirm the shipping method with the seller before purchase. 

The main difference between Free Duties Shipping and regular courier

⇒ The logistics tracking information will not be updated until the package is received by the agent in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium, and its update frequency is not as high as regular courier.

⇒If the logistics tracking information is updated, it means the package has completed customs clearance in Germany or the Netherlands, and it will usually be delivered within 5 working days afterwards.

⇒For your clearer understanding, we have attached the logistics tracking results of recent shipments, and the picture shows the tracking info for the first 10~15 days.

⇒As you can see, there was no update on the logistics tracking info in the first 10 days (the package was being shipped from China to Europe), and after the tracking info was updated, it only took a few days to deliver to the customer.

Therefore, the total delivery time is about 12-21 days (from shipment by SakyaCarbon - customs clearance - successful delivery). So after we notify you that the order has been shipped, you just need to wait patiently; the courier will deliver it to your door, and you don’t have to worry about customs clearance or duty issues.

For customers in the US, we also offer "Free Duties Shipping". A US agent will handle customs clearance on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about duty issues either. The backend delivery is handled by FedEx or UPS, and of course, the prerequisite is that you must confirm the shipping method with SakyaCarbon.
