Sakya Carbon is strict with QC and testing process. As there are many hand made procedures during production, It is inevitable to encounter some problems.
For all carbon rims and carbon wheels sold by Sakya Carbon, we offer 2 years quality warranty (starting from the date of package signed).
The warranty includes replacement, refund, Return or exchange.
Replacement
If you encounter any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact Sakya Carbon promptly within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the entire product, the location of the problem, and the serial number.
SakyaCarbon Sales Department will communicate and negotiate with you to resolve the issue. Due to the inconvenience of cross-border shopping, Sakya Carbon generally offers discounts for minor issues such as appearance, provided that it does not affect usage. If it cannot be used, Sakya Carbon can provide partial or complete replacement.
For products that have been in use for some time:
1) If a quality issue occurs within 3 months (from the delivery date), SakyaCarbon can replace the problematic product and bear the shipping cost.
2) If there are quality problems during the warranty period of 3 months to 2 years, Sakya Carbon can replace the wheel rims, but the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
The warranty is valid only for the following factors:
1. The goods are directly from SakyaCarbon only.
2. Manufacturing or assembly defects in the production process.
3. Original design faults.
Important thing:
Particularly, but not limited to wheels, the replacement or refund is only valid for the part with problem.
For example, if the rim has problem,the replacement or refund is only for rim , but not the complete wheel, same rules applied to hub, spokes, nipples.
* Any purchase will be considered to willingly and automatically accept the above-mentioned terms.
The warranty is not valid for the following reasons:
1. Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
2. Inappropriate uses, or amendments without our written agreement.
3. Installation of parts or accessories or tires that are not originally intended for, or compatible with the rims or wheels as sold.
4. Damage of a crash, accidental damaged, abuse of the product, heat damage, non-compliance with manufacture specifications of usage or any other fractious reasons.
5.Normal wear and tear, hub pawl, hub bearing, spoke, nipple, etc.

If the product you receive is found to be defective or does not meet your expectations, you may have a need for return or exchange.
