Features

This HQMTB05 29er mountain bike frame adopts full carbon monocoque molding with UD matte carbon finish. At size 17", it hits a featherlight weight of only 870g (±40g). Optimized carbon fiber stacking technology strikes the ideal compromise between light mass and robust rigidity. It eases your effort on long steep climbs and stands up to shocks & torsion on rough off-road trails.

Axle & BB Standard

Multi-option rear dropout design supports 135×9mm quick release, 142×12mm and 148×12mm thru axle for flexible wheel assembly. Built around the PF30 press-fit bottom bracket, the broader bearing layout cuts down power waste during pedaling. It transfers your leg power directly to the wheels and uses common spare parts for simple servicing and upgrades.

Tire & Component Spec

It features ample space for tires up to 2.25", bringing extra grip and vibration damping on gravel and muddy mountain paths. It accepts a 38T max single chainring, perfectly matched for cross-country rides. The seat tube with 31.6mm inner diameter works with most standard MTB seatposts, letting riders freely adjust saddle position for a comfortable fit.

Headset Specification

Tapered head tube: 41.8mm (1-1/8") upper and 52mm (1-1/2") lower. Reinforced construction strengthens the front section of the frame. It grants sharp, predictable steering and solid stability when speeding downhill, over bumpy terrain and through twisty trail corners.
